Before applying for grant funding:
1. Find out the purpose and activities of the
foundation or grantror.
2.
Find out the types of
support
that they deal with
ie. building funds, continuing support, equipment
purchases etc.
3. What is their funding cycle. (When do they fund & how
often.)
4. Check on their funding limitations.
Some organizations will only give in the state where they are located or just to particular groups or non profit organizations.
Find out up front before wasting your time!!!!!!!!
